Formation obligatoire du personnel \u00e0 la lutte contre les brimades homophobes et transphobes<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t<p>Il ne suffit pas de dire que les \u00e9coles sont \"contre les brimades\", elles doivent aussi \u00eatre en mesure de le d\u00e9montrer. Les enseignants doivent savoir <strong>comment r\u00e9agir en cas de harc\u00e8lement homophobe ou transphobe<\/strong>. Dans le cadre de la lutte contre les brimades homophobes et transphobes \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, les lois ou les politiques devraient exiger que les enseignants et le personnel soient form\u00e9s \u00e0 la meilleure fa\u00e7on de r\u00e9agir \u00e0 de tels incidents, y compris en apportant un soutien appropri\u00e9 aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves concern\u00e9s. D'apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/egale.ca\/awareness\/still-in-every-class\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enqu\u00eate Egale 2021<\/a>En outre, 23% des 2SLGBTQIA+ ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le personnel de l'\u00e9cole n'intervenait jamais en cas de commentaires homophobes et transphobes, ce qui a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ne se sentent pas en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans leur \u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p>Certains conseils scolaires et certaines provinces ont adopt\u00e9 des politiques exigeant une formation sp\u00e9cifique sur les brimades homophobes et transphobes. C'est le cas par exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Terre-Neuve et Labrador<\/strong>'s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.nl.ca\/education\/files\/k12_safeandcaring_pdf_guidelines_lgbtq_incl_prac.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Lignes directrices pour des pratiques d'int\u00e9gration des LGBTQ<\/em><\/a> indiquent que les \u00e9coles devraient offrir \"des possibilit\u00e9s d'apprentissage qui renforcent la capacit\u00e9 du personnel \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 soutenir les diverses orientations sexuelles, identit\u00e9s de genre et expressions de genre\", notamment en apprenant \u00e0 lutter contre les attitudes et les comportements discriminatoires \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de ces \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/li>\n<li>Le conseil scolaire du district de Durham <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ddsb.ca\/en\/about-ddsb\/resources\/Documents\/Equity\/Supporting-Our-Transgender-Students.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">politique de soutien aux \u00e9tudiants transgenres<\/a> demande aux \u00e9coles d'inclure \"une formation \u00e0 la sensibilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense des transgenres dans les programmes de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel du personnel\" et de \"former le personnel \u00e0 identifier et \u00e0 combattre la transphobie \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole\".<\/li>\n<li>Le conseil scolaire du district de Toronto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdsb.on.ca\/About-Us\/Innovation\/Gender-Based-Violence-Prevention\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bureau de pr\u00e9vention de la violence \u00e0 caract\u00e8re sexiste<\/a> assure l'apprentissage professionnel et la formation du personnel pour pr\u00e9venir et traiter la violence fond\u00e9e sur le sexe, l'homophobie, le harc\u00e8lement sexuel et les comportements sexuels inappropri\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toutefois, \u00e0 l'heure actuelle, aucune loi provinciale ne stipule explicitement que les enseignants doivent \u00eatre form\u00e9s \u00e0 la lutte contre l'homophobie et la transphobie.
