Des politiques claires et efficaces pour lutter contre les brimades homophobes et transphobes<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t<p>Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que les \u00e9tudiants homosexuels sont plus en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et ont moins de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/queerstudentrights.ca\/fr\/your-rights\/the-right-to-security-of-the-person-safety-and-freedom-from-violence-bullying-and-harassment\/what-counts-as-bullying\/\">harc\u00e8lement moral<\/a> lorsque leur \u00e9cole dispose d'une politique qui nomme et traite directement l'homophobie et la transphobie. Une \u00e9tude canadienne a montr\u00e9 que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves homosexuels des \u00e9coles ayant adopt\u00e9 ces politiques signalaient beaucoup moins d'incidents de harc\u00e8lement physique et verbal, qu'ils \u00e9taient expos\u00e9s \u00e0 moins de commentaires homophobes et transphobes et qu'ils \u00e9taient plus susceptibles de se sentir respect\u00e9s au sein de leur communaut\u00e9 scolaire.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, les politiques g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d'\"\u00e9quit\u00e9\" et de \"s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole\" (telles que les interdictions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales contre les brimades) qui<strong> n'abordent pas sp\u00e9cifiquement les questions d'homophobie et de transphobie. <\/strong>ne produisent pas les m\u00eames r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des politiques de ce type sont \u00e9labor\u00e9es par les conseils scolaires. Dans certains cas, la l\u00e9gislation provinciale peut imposer l'adoption de telles politiques.
