Bien que vous ayez le droit \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d'expression et que vous puissiez exprimer des opinions qui offensent d'autres personnes qui ne sont pas d'accord, ce droit doit \u00eatre soigneusement mis en balance avec les droits des \u00e9l\u00e8ves marginalis\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p>Les brimades sont souvent li\u00e9es \u00e0 un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de pouvoir, une personne ayant plus de pouvoir physique, social ou \u00e9motionnel que l'autre.<\/p>\n<p>Les brimades peuvent prendre diff\u00e9rentes formes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Harc\u00e8lement verbal (insultes, menaces ou injures)<\/li>\n<li>Atteinte \u00e0 l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique (pousser, frapper, cracher)<\/li>\n<li>Exclusion sociale ou propagation de rumeurs<\/li>\n<li>Cyberintimidation (publication de contenus blessants sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, envoi de messages de harc\u00e8lement ou usurpation de l'identit\u00e9 d'une personne en ligne)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Right to Security of the Person: Safety and Freedom from Violence, Bullying, and Harassment Home What counts as bullying?
