Ces droits sont garantis par la loi et les \u00e9coles ont la responsabilit\u00e9 de les respecter et de les prot\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n<p>Mais les droits ne sont pas toujours absolus. Parfois, diff\u00e9rents droits peuvent entrer en conflit - par exemple, le droit d'une personne \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d'expression peut se heurter au droit d'une autre personne \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Dans ces situations, la loi tente de trouver un juste \u00e9quilibre.
